What does the Dispatcher's day look like
The Dispatcher schedules the crews work each day. They are responsible for ensuring that the crews are scheduled in routes that minimize their drive time so they can meet and exceed their performance standards while onsite at our clients properties. Additionally they will serve as support for the crews in the event they have a questions or issues on the routes. The Dispatcher reviews the previous days work for accurate billing and hours worked. This position also provides sales support for the company, mainly providing services to our customers or potential customers, by answering the phones and entering client data, creating estimates, handling customer complaints, billing/account questions and other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
- MUST be able to read, write, and fluently speak English and Spanish
- Professional, detail-oriented, organized, team player, flexible, and dependable
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Meticulous about ensuring that numbers and other data are correct, and tasks are completed on time and accurately
- Ability to manage and handle frequent interruptions in workflow, while reprioritizing when necessary
- Tech-savvy and a quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- 1 Year of scheduling/dispatch experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
